    Rus G. is wrong…read the Fair Credit Reporting Act!

    Civil judgements stay on for 7 years.

    It should be coming off soon. Contact the credit reporting agency and dispute it if it’s still there.

    Generally foreclosures and other derogatory credit information can remain on your credit history for 7 to 10 years.

    Forclosures stay on you credit for 10 years. They are considered a legal action. Collections stay on your credit for 7 years
